More differentiates the current 3-Series Coupé from the rest of the range than ever. In fact the only external components carried over from the 3-Series saloon are indicator side repeaters, door handles and the BMW roundel on the boot lid. The Coupé brings with it a raft of engines new to 3-Series which seem to offer the best of both worlds for performance and fuel economy. The styling is perhaps the most subtle from BMW in recent times, which perhaps fails to convey the depth of ability of the new model. Despite growing, the car is lighter than the outgoing model, is great to drive and is surprisingly practical.
